Online Orders & In-Store Purchases

If you bought your item online from medthreads.com or from a Med Threads retail store please use these guidelines for your return.

• All items returned must be in original condition and returned within 30 days of receipt
• Washed and worn items are not eligible for refunds
• All freight on returned packages must be prepaid
• Charges for shipping and handling will not be refunded
• Tags must be on all items
• Payroll deduction purchases will be refunded to store credit
• Items that are embroidered or customized are final sale 

If your items meet the condition for return, there are two options to make your return. 

Ship Your Items
Login and navigate to Orders.
Click the order you want to return then Request Return.
Select the items you want to return and their quantities. Complete the form and submit. Usually within 1 business day h you'll receive a Return Authorization. Once you have your Return Authorization you can ship your items to us at:

You can provide your own return shipping label or use use our provided flat rate label. All return shipping labels are $9.99.

Bring Your Items
Items bought online can be returned at any Med Threads retail store as long as you have a copy of your receipt that shows quantity purchased and price paid. Please have your receipt with you before visiting a retail store. Retail stores can not look up receipts from online purchases. We can not offer returns or exchanges without a receipt. 
You can print your invoice from Account > Orders at medthreads.com.
