Med Threads Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within two to three business days, Monday - Friday. Shipping rates for standard shipping are based on order total. Med Threads will ship your package with USPS, Fedex, or UPS. We ship our products from multiple warehouses from around the country and your order may arrive in multiple deliveries based on where it is shipping from.
Standard shipping can be a combination of USPS, UPS, or Fedex packages delivered to your address provided, we'll select the best shipping options based on the items in your order and what warehouses they are shipping from. Selecting Fedex / UPS Ground shipping will not guarantee faster delivery of your items, only that they will be delivered by Fedex or UPS.
Shipping costs are never refunded, unless the item ordered was not able to be shipped.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
We will always try to make any changes requested, including cancelling an order, as soon as possible. Orders are submitted for shipping very quickly and can not be changed or cancelled once shipped. Often times orders are in process or packed one business day before the tracking number is provided and can not be changed or cancelled. Sometimes this means your order does not appear to be shipped, but in reality
Missing Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but never arrived we follow best practices for reporting the lost package. We wait 2 to 7 days depending on the carrier - USPS won't open a missing package case for up to 7 days for some shipments. We also allow the carrier time to do an investigation, in some cases this can be up to 7 days. Once the carrier confirms the package is missing we will do our best to help resolve the situation in a way that is satisfactory to our customers. Med Threads is not responsible for missing packages. Orders that have been confirmed as delivered will not be replaced if stolen.
