Return Policy
Online Orders & In-Store Purchases
If you bought your item online from medthreads.com or from a Med Threads retail store please use these guidelines for your return.
- All items returned must be in original condition and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Tags must be on all items.
- Washed and worn items are not eligible for refunds.
- All freight on returned packages must be prepaid.
- Charges for shipping and handling will not be refunded.
If your items meet the condition for return, there are two options to make your return.
Ship Your Items
Login and go to: Account > Orders.
Click the order you want to return then Request Return.
Select the items you want to return and their quantities. Complete the form and submit. Within 24 hours you'll receive a Return Authorization. Once you have your Return Authorization you can ship your items to us at:

Bring Your Items
Items bought online can be returned at any Med Threads retail store as long as you have a copy of your receipt that shows quantity purchased and price paid. Please have your receipt with you when visiting a retail store. Retail stores can not look up receipts from online purchases. We can not offer returns or exchanges without a receipt.

Mobile Pop-up Store Purchases
If you bought your items from a mobile pop-up store at your workplace please note that purchases made with payroll deduction are not eligible for cash refunds. You may receive store credit as long as your items meets our standard return policy.
