Med Threads Return Policy
If you bought your item online from medthreads.com, from a Med Threads retail store, or from a Med Threads pop-up scrub store please use these guidelines for your return.
- All items returned must be in original condition and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Tags must be on all items.
- Washed and worn items are not eligible for refunds.
- Embroidered & customized items are final sale.
- Payroll deduction purchases are exchange only
If your items meet the condition for return, there are two options to make your return.
Ship Your Items
Go to: Account > Orders.
Click the order you want to return then Request Return.
Select the items you want to return and their quantities. Complete the form and submit. Within one to two business days you'll receive a return authorization. Once you have your Return Authorization you can ship your items to the location they were bought at. Ship online and pop-up returns to us at:

Shipping Labels: Med Threads can provide return shipping labels for purchases that were originally shipped to you. Labels are not provided for orders bought in-store or at a pop-up event unless shipping was paid for at the time of purchase. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund, typically labels cost between $8.99 and $12.99. If you do not use the label you will not be charged for the cost of the label. You are welcome to use your own label and you will not be charged for ours.
Bring Your Items
Items bought online, in-store, or at a pop-up can be returned at any Med Threads retail store as long as you have a copy of your receipt that shows quantity purchased and price paid. Please have your receipt with you when visiting a retail store. Retail stores can not look up receipts from online purchases. We can not offer returns or exchanges without a receipt.

Please note that coupons and promotional discounts are non-transferable and are forfeited upon return. Any BOGO discounts, coupons, or special promotional pricing will be deducted from the refund amount if qualifying items are returned or exchanged. All freight on returned packages must be prepaid and charges for shipping and handling can not be refunded.

Defective Returns
We stand behind the brands and products we offer! If you feel that the item you received is defective we may be able to offer a replacement. Med Threads can assist with an exchange past the 30 day return policy if your item is defective. For defective returns please email us at orders@medthreads.com with your name, order number, and pictures of your defective items as well as a brief description of your defect.
