ABOUT THE BOX

First off, great choice! Joining the community is easy, simply navigate to www.Medthreads.com and hit the SHOP link. You can choose between a monthly subscription or grab the annual membership. (You can save $100 by prepaying for the year in advance!)

Each box will have a retail value of over $300, but costs $149 for monthly members. Annual prepaid subscription members receive four (4) boxes per year for $495—a $100 savings!

Our boxes are delivered on a quarterly basis. A one-year membership signs you up for four (4)  boxes and will auto-renew each year. You can cancel at any time.

Your SmartFit Scrubs® can be exchanged if the fit isn’t right, or if the wrong color is received. Scrubs will be sent based on the questionnaire answers we received when you signed up. 

The self care and other fun items in the box have been carefully curated to make life a little better for you and are not customizable. 

You obviously have great taste… To buy items from your box as you like, go to medthreads.com/shop and pick and choose the items you want. These purchases will not impact your subscription box.

Your Medthreads box comes with one set of SmartFit Scrubs® selected from information you have provided when initially setting up your membership. You may exchange or return your SmartFit Scrubs® for size or color errors. Shipping can be expensive and so you will forfeit the $20 box fee if you return the scrubs, but exchanges are cost free.

The additional items in your box are not returnable.

Some of the items may include may be fun, like very sarcastic candles (you’ll have to join to fully understand), or necessary items like a great hand cream or our recycled material, super soft base layer long sleeve shirt to keep you comfortable at work. The best part of the box is our SmartFit Scrubs®— the whole reason we decided to do this! Our unique designs and fabric was designed by nurses. Our scrubs are made of recycled materials and are ethically sourced in our factory that adheres to the very highest standards.

Just the Scrubs, and just for a while! Medthreads is launching our first Scrub line in 2021 and while this line is specific to women, we will be adding a line for Men in 2022 and we are excited to give a teaser letting you know our Men’s line will not look like Men’s scrubs today. Stay tuned as the first innovations for Men’s scrubs are coming! BTW, the gift boxes, without scrubs, are great for anyone working in a healthcare setting, not only women.

No, any scrub wearing professional can sign up. Starting in 2022 we will begin offering lines more suited to less restricted environments as well with fun prints for dental hygienists or others that are not required to wear simple solid color sets. In the near future we will be introducing industry specific lines. 

So glad you asked! At Medthreads, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not just a slogan or a reason to look cool on social media. The textile industry is one of the largest contributors to global climate change and we are really excited to be part of the solution. In addition we are very interested in the people that make our Scrubs. Many manufacturers use factories and mills in countries that do not offer much in the way of employee protection, safe work environments, or fair wages. We have chosen to invest in a factory partner that offers a humane and safe environment and treats their employees the way you would want to be treated.                                                                   

In addition to these efforts we will be sponsoring annual Medical Missions to Guatemala where we manufacture all our textile based products. Covid-19 will make this difficult in 2021 so we are currently planning our first Medical Mission in Q2 or Q3 2022. We will not only be organizing and subsidizing these missions, but we will also fully sponsor members of our community. Every time we hit the milestone of adding 500 members to our community, we will sponsor one person to attend the next Medthreads Medical Mission. Your first box will ship within 48 hours of enrolling. Future boxes will ship out quarterly beginning four months from the month you joined. For example, if you join in January, your second box will ship out in April, followed in July and then October. We will endeavor to send the same time of month you ordered. 

Like many, we are working from home and our supply chain is a bit stretched thin,  but we are shipping on time and are currently absorbing any cost increases. Shipping delays may occur due to higher demand with FedEx and UPS.

Currently we are shipping to US and Canadian addresses only. We ship from the US and so international freight and duties will be added to orders going to Canada.

While I tell my wife I am perfect and never make a mistake, we do understand that accidents will happen. Please email us at help@medthreads.com and let us know about your problem. We will endeavor to resolve your concern in 48 hours.

We can ship to P.O. Boxes through USPS. There will be freight charges for shipping to a P.O. Box.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You must cancel two weeks prior to a scheduled box shipment in order to cancel before that box ships. 

If like Rachel and Ross, you need a break for any reason, simply log-in to your account www.medthreads.com/my-account and select the option to pause your membership. 

If your Scrubs are not a great fit, then simply return them to us in the same box we used to send them to you.  For a return label, login to your account order history,  www.medthreads.com/my-account/orders and select the order in question. This is where you can come to request a return shipping label if the fit is off. You can request another size rather than a simple return from this link as well. Remember when you return the SmartFit Scrubs® , there is a $20 restocking fee. Scrubs must be verified to be in resalable condition before credits will be issued.

If you cancel your subscription two weeks prior to your box shipping, we will be able to cancel the upcoming shipment. If we make an error and your box ships anyway, then yes you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than to weeks prior to shipment, you can return the UNOPENED box for a refund less  $20 for restocking. If the box is opened you will be charged for everything in the box except the Scrubs which can be returned.

First thank the great person that gave you the gift certificate, then logon to create an account (www.medthreads.com/signup). At Check out, choose the Gift Card option and enter the information provide on your gift card. To pay it forward, navigate to the Gift link (www.medthreads.com/Gift) and hook a friend up with the same treatment.

You will set the terms of the gift. You can gift as many boxes as you like. You will only be billed for the number of boxes you choose. If you are really a great friend and sign them up for an annual subscription, it will auto renew after the first year as normal year subscriptions. You will receive a reminder email prior to the second year beginning.
